Asia is the largest and most populated continent on the planet. More than 4.ooo.ooo.ooo inhabitants (60% of the world population) in 48 countries; of which 41 are completly Asian and 7 Eurasian, meaning that part of their territory is also in Europe.
It is said that Asia, together with Europe, is the cradle of civilization as we know it today. Different cultures have their origins here, as do several religions. The Chinese and Indian civilizations stand out; they were able to expand and be nowadays huge countries with the largest populations in the world. Here also were born the 5 greatest religions: Christianity, Islam, Judaism, Buddhism and Hinduism, today practiced by millions of people.
Traveling to Asia, thanks to globalization, is very easy today. Every day flights from all over the world leave for the main cities of the continent, and many others connect cities and smaller towns there. South East Asia has also an excellent train connection system so moving between countries and cities is quite simple.
Before traveling to the continent, you must be aware that the culture you will find is completely different from the occidental. Not only religion but also customs, architecture and people are very different from what Westerners are used to.
